FlareTracker
When symptoms flare—or during a long rough stretch—the hardest part is often the fog: what happened, what helped, and what comes next. FlareTracker is a caregiver-first helper for families juggling complex days—structured logging, constraint-aware medication and supplement coaching, gentle reminders, and a clear daily picture to share with clinicians.
What we mean by “flare”: caregiver-reported worsening of neuropsychiatric symptoms (a rough patch)—not a diagnosis. Aligns with language many PANS families and clinic forms use between visits.
What it does
- Quick daily logging — sleep, food, mood (with episode context for rough patches), doses, and optional modules such as infection markers or school function.
- Constraint-aware coach — answers “what’s reasonable now?” from your rules and what you actually logged, not fixed alarm times alone.
- Reminders — server-driven alerts when you configure them, including web push and external channels.
- Exports — PDF and CSV summaries for handoffs and clinician visits, with clear non-diagnostic framing.
What it is not
FlareTracker does not diagnose, predict symptom flares with clinical certainty, score standardized clinic questionnaires, or replace your medical team’s judgment. It complements periodic clinic forms with continuous between-visit context.
Operated by J. Kobe Labs, LLC. We are preparing a small family pilot; contact us if you would like to learn more about early access.
